I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

If you can’t afford buying another device if it broke, you could get this. Don’t blame a toddler for something you could have prevented!!!!

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

I truly recommend this protection I always like to buy extra protection for the items that I buy , if you want to be with no worries just get the protection plan.

I haven’t used the geek squad yet but once I have a problem with the tv they will be the first to know
