My son's tv went blank a year after purchasing it. I bought the 5 year warranty for the tv. I called geek squad and they told me that tv was not in stock. So they upgraded me to the next best tv available. Three days later the tv was delivered and they took the old tv back with them. Service was on point.

Glad to have the option for support if anything breaks on this product.

When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

I always get the 5 year warranty on my TVs because they inevitability end up dying on me or getting stuck pixels and best buy has always been great about fixing the tv if they can, or usually they just refund the price I paid and that usually is more than enough to get a new TV woth better resolution and get another warranty. Newer TVs may have a great picture but the build quality is nothing compared old CRT TVs so it is worth it to get the warranty on products like this or any electronics because they always seem to fail within 5 years.

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.
