We haven't had any issues yet with our purchase but glad the support is there if needed.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

5 year Geek squad protection is an important addtion to have when you buy a new TV. They will come to your house to fix it and if it can't be fixed they will replace the TV with a TV with dollar amount up to what you paid for the TV.

Hopefully i will never use this but its there if needed

Great protection plan for my Samsung TV. Grabbed the the twobyear plan.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

Its a good thing to have in your back pocket sorta. Definitely if your devices are not working to standard order.

Fairly priced. I’ve read some goods and bass, but I haven’t used them yet.

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

I javent had to use this warranty as of yet,but i have never had any problems in past.

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.
