    It was super easy to sign up for an account before I made my purchase of a brand new tv. Best Buy made that easy for me. A place where I go for all my appliances and electronic needs. They're so friendly and always quick to help. I love my Best Buy

    Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.

    You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

    Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

    I got this when I bought a new TV. I have not had to use this service yet, as the TV is working fine and hopefully I wont ever have to use this service, but it's good to have, just in case.

    If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

    I have not had to use this service yet and hope that I won't need to. Bought it 'just in case'. And because I haven't used Geek Squad (so I can't actually give an accurate star rating) I gave it 4 stars in hopes that if I have to use it, they will measure up to at least a 4, but hopefully will be a 5.

    What more can I say? This place is the best great customer service . Very knowledgeable staff great customer service like I said this is the best place I’ve been for electronics and I will continue coming for eight years and come. I will also try family fresh.

    First tv was damaged somewhere but they made it good. Delivered on schedule and unboxed and set up, great job. Very friendly and professional, efficient and very tidy. Thanks great job, I would highly recommend extended warranty. Protect your purchase

    I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

    The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

    bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!
