purchased this for my TCL tv. Have not used but I have incase anything should happen in the next 5 years.

Hopefully I don’t have to use it but just in case I have it.

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

We wish that we purchase the 5-year protection with the TV purchased in June 2023.

Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

simple peace of mind, $5,000 on a TV and little peace of mind is warranted!

We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

They took care of the needs very well. Very nice people.

In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

This tv has an excellent picture. I have no problems to report
