I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

Excellent service, protection plan, and a professional crew.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

I mounted the TV Myself but the people were very helpful with all the advice they gave me, I appreciate all the recommendations and good energy I was given

The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

I've never had any issues with my warranties. I actually recommend Best Buy to everyone for their purchases needs more or less because of how easy it is to utilize the warranty in the event something happens

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

I like the added protection the family enjoys it. It gives you peace of mind, especially with young children.

If you're getting something expensive, grab this and save yourself some money and headache in the long run. Remember these appliances arent made to last forever.

We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

I liked the 50 inch display and audio quality. Got this one for $419 which wasn’t a good deal for Blackfriday. Kept looking and found similar Samsung 4K UHD with HDR 58 inch for $449 which was a great deal for Cyber Monday. I didn’t find much difference between 6 series and 7 series. So replaced this one with 58 inch 6 series which was a really great deal for me. I loved playing ps4 games in this bigger screen.

No like to expensive and illustration educational purpose

I will never buy something from best buy without this. It has paid for itself time and time again. Got a replacement on my tv within 48hrs of the claim. Great warranty as always.

I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.

I work on appliances for a living and sell protection agreements every day. So I believe in them whole heartedly. I chose to purchase the protection agreement when I bought my TV for peace of mindand the fact that if it breaks it will be repaired or replaced. And the price was very reasonable compared to other plans.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise
