    The TV is great but the remote that came with the TV doesn't allow all the features on the remote to work i.e. return, exit & pre-ch does not work. I have not needed to use geek squad -yet

    I had a 5 year warranty on my old TV that had speaker issues, which they decided to swap out with another TV same make model but 3 years newer. Took over 2 weeks of my 30 day return policy to receive the new TV. And when I did receive the TV notice right away that it was very cheaply built compared to my last one and unfortunately noticed to late that the screen and back of TV was split down the side from being dropped which now the 30 day warranty has passed.

    Very good sound bar for the price, volume could be louder, good bass. Easy to install we did it ourselves, just follow prompts on tv.
