Must have for electronics that get a lot of usage. Plus, I get this for anything I spend over $100 for as I don't like taking chances and wasting money for things that could possibly break. Now if it breaks after the warranty runs out then that's fine with me as I got my money's worth in my opinion.

1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

The gave me a refund for the prior tv that stopped working. Got a better one. Communication could have been better, the tracking and phone service was not the best. Had to go to the store

I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

I love this dumb tv, it's the best. Super light weight with nice sound and picture quality. Adding Geek Squad Protection was a sane & smart decision.

Geek Squad service has always been great and helpful.

$360 for a $2000 tv. If you can buy an expensive tv or electronic, you can buy the warranty. Go and look around at cheaper services. None compare to what geek squad covers and will fix.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

Purchasing the protection service gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I do, I will update my review with the results.

Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Have not had to use this yet, but from a past experience when I had to, all went well. And, since my TV was unable to be fixed on that occasion, I was able to purchase a new TV with a gift card with the reimbursement for the price of that TV. This gives me peace of mind that if anything happens with this new TV in the future, I’ll be covered.

Hopefully I will never need this 5-year protection plan for my new insignia 58 inchTV, but if I do, the price of 59.99 seems like a really great investment for additional protection.

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

Haven’t had to use it yet but good value for what it covers
