I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Have purchased peak squad warranties in the past, and I’ve always been satisfied.

The lady that helped me purchase my TV took her time didn't rush or push me answered all my questions and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

They been so helpful threw the time i had the membership you can always ask questions they walk you threw it or a quick chat if you on the run

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.

Always a must because accidents do happen. Customer service is great no questions asked and replace quickly

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Really comes in handy for technical difficulties and saves a lot of money when in need of a replacement. Very informal and patient.

Very happy to have the peace of mind of a 5 year plan and if something goes wrong I know it'll be addressed correctly.

A necessary add on when buying the Insignia tv brand. My orevious Insignia, which I loved, died after 4 years. And I did not have the extended warranty.

Simply put... I appreciate the way getting me a new workable television was handled, and I further appreciate the young lady who went above and beyond (I feel) to set my mind at ease. Kudos!!!

Hands down, best purchase! This is our second tv in this style. We knew we wanted another bc the 1st one was so easy to function.

Purchased over a year ago and still going strong. No lines or bad leds Would purchase again! Recommend this item.

Great! Inwish there was accudental protection! And the orice was not as bad too for a 1k tv
