The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

Definitely worth for TV, I feel most TV's get in to some sort of problem after 3 years, better to have 5 years geek squad coverage for TVs! My last TV broke after 4 years (screen issue!) GS return was little dragged, but at the end, we have been returned full purchase value.

They mounted it ok just not where my wife wanted it. Not really their faults

Purchased the 5 year warranty since so many electronics don’t have a long life span. It’s inexpensive and hopefully we never need it, but we have the peace of mind.

Geek squad service are too good from best buy I recommend to everyone.

The agents are good people who are professional and good at their job.

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!

It's worth having and I recommend it to anyone that's thinking about it!

Really good product, bought for my brothers room and he loves it!

We bought the protection plan when we bought the TV. The TV broke after about two or three year as the GEEK squad gave me a brand new one and installed ir and I paid nothing extra.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

They are number one excellent service I am so happy are used to be a merchandise with circuit city but I have to give credit best buys is one of the number one place of business and a long time five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Geek Squad ✌️

Heavier than larger tvs,I purchased the 48 and was blown away by how much it weighed?But the picture and performance and quality make up for that easily.

The price for it was good but have not needed them yet butni do need a new battery in my beats headphone will update service after

Tech came to look at my tv, could not replicate the issue but I had pictures and showed it to him And he took care of everything

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.
