Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

During my issues w my Samsung TV, they made it out to my home but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could really be done. Ultimately I had the coverage for the tv and it was replaced.

This plan is a decent value for full geek squad coverage. Always had good service with best buy geek squad for all my devices. Would recommend buying the 2 year plan for everything

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

The agents were very knowledgeable about the the t.v. and the accessories we needed.

I used to avoid the Geek Squad or any insurance protection on devices but now since I have protected almost everything I buy now. It is safer to pay a few extra dollars then to pay a full price to have it fixed or be purchased again. I recommend this product with BestBuy!!

The agent replaced a network card preventing my TV from connecting to the internet. Amazing job
