I added the Geek Squad 5-Year Protection Plan when I bought my new TV, and I’m really glad I did. A year in, the screen started flickering out of nowhere. One call to Geek Squad, and they had someone scheduled to check it out right away. No stress, no back-and-forth. They ended up replacing the TV without any hassle. This was good. After the 2nd TV that stopped working in 7 months I requested a refund from Samsung, Samsung representative said we had to take the TV off the wall we were unable to remove the TV ourself. When our new TV arrive Marcus and Caleb were so kind as to remove the TV and place it in the box for Samsung to pickup. This crew with the Geek Squad is the best, Professional, Respectful and Very kind.

Having done all of the necessary research and finally deciding on the C4, I expected to be happy with a great picture. I was not. I was astounded with the sharpest and most colorful panel I have ever seen. Seeing a demo of an OLED panel on a LED/QLED panel is worthless. It can look pretty, but you have no idea what you are missing by not seeing it on a OLED. I also use my C4 as a PC monitor for gaming. It has a fantastic refresh rate and gaming is flawless. Finally, the ATMOS speakers are perfect. The 2+2 setup delivers powerful sound that is crisp and clear. I am so happy with this purchase I cannot give the TV enough stars.

I'm glad I got my 5 year warranty it worked Wonders when, my 55 inch TV went out. I was given and delivered a brand new one. So I renewed my insurance one more time.

First Fire TV purchased, not disappointed, good video quality, good sound, easy to install and navigate.

The installation of Microsoft 365 was a blessing and staff was knowledgeable.

The agents set up my tv and soundbar. They put in it's proper place and made sure it was working.

Hope to never have to use it. Definitely gives a sense of security if anything happens to the tv.
