    With this worry free warranty, i have peace of mind about my product. If anything goes wrong they will fix it or replace it. And if your tv is larger than a specific size they will come to you.

    I am happy that I purchased an insurance plan for my new TV. The price offers peace of mind, in the event my TV encounters an issue and needs to be replaced.

    I HIGHLY recommend getting Geek Squad for your TVs. Back in 2018, I brought a Samsung 50' 7 series 4k TV, and this year (2020), the LED in the TV gave up, and half the screen was black. I was very disappointed with Samsung. I called Geek Squad. They had a tech come to the house to examine the TV to see if it could be fixed, and they told me it was not worth fixing, but I could replace sticking with Samsung or choosing a different brand. They credit me the exact amount I originally had brought the TV for which I decided to do. They come and pick up the old TV and dropped off the new TV. The only thing I wish they would change was not having to pay extra to have them swap the tv on the mount, but it's okay.

    The Squad really went out their way to make sure I was able to use my GS Warranty to the fullest.. They made sure I was able to purchase a replacement TV after my original wouldn't stay powered on.. They gave me great suggestions on different TV's to purchase with the amount I was given on my store credit..

    Sound Blew on 55" Vizio

    I called about the warranty for the sound on my Vizio 55" tv. After awhile I was finally able to get through to a non-automated server, Erich. He was cordial and helped me find the serial number. I had a little difficulty understanding the numbers sometimes, but hopefully they are ok.

    worst service by Geek Squad on OPEN BOX OLED TV

    I waited for holiday deals and bought an open box-Excellent Oled tv from Bestbuy.com. also bought geek squad protection for five years. within the first month, I realized that the tv screen had some defects. so I scheduled a Geek squad appointment to get it fixed. customer care representative told me that this will be replaced by the company as it is still under manufacturer warranty. on the day of the appointment, instead of coming home to Diagnose the tv Geek squad technician, he called me and asked for the picture of the tv and mentioned it was gonna factory be replaced by Sony. He asked me to pilled the screen from the corner(he thought there was a screen protector screen on the Tv) even after denying him multiple times, he asked me to pilled the screen while I was on the phone. and that made the tv screen break from the corner. and as soon as this happened, they just switched their opinion and asked me to go to the store and get the store credit and return the tv. I spend enough time finding a deal. drove 1 hour to pick tv from the store, and just with this incident, they asked me to go store again and return the tv and get store credit. unfortunately, no one was able to solve this problem on the phone as this was an open box, and neither best buy or geek squad system allowed them to make any arrangements. I felt like I bought a worry under geek squad protection. All I wanted was to get my problem fixed. my tv got fixed or replaced. but not a single gesture of customer service was provided by anyone. Finally, after multiple visits to the store and hours and hours of calls, I returned TV. I would never buy any product from BestBuy after this horrible experience. Returning money is not always a solution Bestbuy. Bestbuy should consider the situation and the inconvenience caused by the wrong instruction of the geek squad technician.

    The employee was extremely helpful finding the TV that I had wanted also recommended a warranty that was slightly more expensive but gave more protection for the value ...So overall I am very satisfied thank you

    Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

    My LG C1 died on me, it was just 3 years old. For that purchase I thought I didn't need a protection plan. Never again for expensive TVs. I got the plan for my new TV. Better safe than having to buy new TV.

    This is an excellent deal for the five years plan as it stands my tv did last two years before problems then they replaced it without worry. I was so happy with the 3 year plan I bought with the first tv when I got its replacement I added the 5 year warranty which also came in handy when the remote went bad and got replaced again covered. Well worth the money!

    This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.
