great deal will buy again best buy had everything we needed for the office

Purchase a 65” Samsung OLED tv. I made sure to purchase a 5 year extended GeekSquad warranty for it as well for peace of mind. I definitely recommend to anyone to purchase an extended warranty for an electronics purchase like a big tv. It’s good to know that if anything happens to my tv in the next 5 years that I’m covered. The cost of the 5 year warranty imo is fair.

The tech was very friendly and very helpful. Wish more places were the same.

They really set up my entertainment equipment very professionally and quickly too.

They were fast professional and courteous and explained everything to me.

Great camera my daughter loves it and use it a lot something fun and different for her and lots of stuff for it.

The 2-year Geek Squad protection plan is worth it for major purchases. It’s affordable and provides excellent support for repairs or replacements. Their customer service is quick and reliable.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is great! I had a different 65" tv thar had a problem with the screen. After just under a year, the screen went completely grey. I had the Geek Squad come and check the tv out. First they changed the PC board but that did not help. Next I got to exchange it for a new 65" tv. The process was fairly easy. The person that I spoke with on the phone to help me with the exchange was so nice and very helpful. She let me know my choices of tv's and put through my order. The new tv arrived in just a few days. I purchased a new 5 year plan also.

These warranties are excellent as they are serviced by geek squad which is part of best buy, not a third party which might not respond

I always recommend getting warranty on any electronic i buy. The geek squad has you covered if you have any issues and they are so very helpful

I always buy protection plans from best buy on major items. One of the things that I appreciate is that as a best buy program member, my account is on file, so I never have to keep receipts. And I've found customer service at best buy to always be amazing. In many years shopping here, I've used the protection plan once. Funny thing is that it was on a portable cd player almost 2 decades ago. I had left the player in my car and let the batteries corrode. I didn't even know I had purchased a protection plan. Then 1 day I get an email from best buy letting me know that my protection plan was ending (and I think asking if I wanted to get a new plan). I went to my car, found the cd player and brought it back. They didn't even make those anymore at that time, so I was able to get a stereo instead. Lol. That was so long ago, I'm not sure if they even would do that anymore. But, it made me a loyal customer! And also convinced me to always buy the protection!

I am familiar with the Best Buy Geek Squad warranty. They really do stand by their warranty, no funny business.

Good service...always buy the geek squad protection plan

I used their service once on my computer and they did awesome. They explained fully what was wrong with this and advised me what to do if this happens again. Great people who fixed it.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Im glad i got the geek squad protection im not the best with technology.
