I had the Geek Squad warranty. I had an issue i made the call to them with in 2 days they came by diagnosed the problem as a bad mother board . I was told the geek squad service would replace it at no cost . They contacted me within a day & schuled an exchange day . It took about 6 days from start to finish they picked up & delivered the new . All in all its worth it .

Great great great cover for safety never be an extra

I bought an open box Samsung Q90 tv that was only missing the standard tabletop mount. When it was received at my home I found a decent scratch where the tv was bubble wrapped and undoubtedly was rubbed by a pallet jack during transportation and the delivery team didn’t bring the correct One Connect box with it. After a quick trip to the store to determine that the Correct One Connect box wasn’t there and a quick 15 minute phone call later to the Geek Squad, I had a brand new TV scheduled for delivery to my home, no questions asked. It was well worth the extra money to protect the investment.

Added for additional protection. Reasonable price for it.

Even if something happens during the 1 year warranty, you never have to deal with your TV manufacturer support because they always suck. Best Buy is amazing with their support. My experience might be unique but they come out to look at my TV, determined what was needed to fix. They didn't need to replicate it, but I had recorded a video of the issue. A day after my service call, they tell me they can't get the part in a timely manner so they offer me a gift card for what I paid towards a new TV. Of course I ended up with a more expensive set and re-bought the warranty so I ended up having to buy a new TV, but I much rather would have spent the $400 than losing out on $1600 for a TV that was just 14 months old.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

Good nice service trust Best Buy for couple of years

If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

I love Best Buy, they have the best insurance policy for their products!
