Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

Gav and Chris are both an asset to the Geek Squad! The service I received was impeccable. They were able to provide me with the necessary equipment for my tv. I highly recommend and would use them again for future services.

I like having a piece of mind should anything go wrong.

I never used the tv. As the TV was returned, defective. But, the customer service, was very good.

It’s definitely worth having protection in case anything happens.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

Good service...always buy the geek squad protection plan

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I've used this service to install my TV brackets to hang my TV and set up my surround sound. Awesome job guys.

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.
