I have not used the Geek Squad on this tv yet but I have on past purchases and have always been pleased. That is why I bought the service for this TV.

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

I have had 2 other TVs go bad in just over the factory warranty. At least this way I get some of my money back and of course if something happens sooner then they will repair and/or replace faster than the manufacturer.

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.

Absolutely recommend adding a Geek Squad protection plan to your purchase. They are extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money and trouble. They replaced my tv and the process was very easy.

The geek squad protection is something that is a must for an expensive appliance. I brought one for my sony tv and it crapped out in 1 year and they gave me my money back. I am going to buy it again. Deciding if i will buy another sony...

Our Geek Squad were professional and informative. We appreciate all their efforts to educate us on how to operate our newTV.

This warranty saved me with my TV purchase. We bought the display model since it was the last one in stock but the pixels started going out. Thankfully it was still within our warranty period. Since there was no longer a TV with like technology Best Buy refunded the entire purchase with a gift card that we were able to put towards a new TV.

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

[Employee of bestbuy] Worth it if you can afford it. I had a TV replaced after it broke down 4 years later. They were abke to help me fix my issue Bd provide me with a great solution.

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.
