I normally don't buy extended warranties, but this warranty was a good value for the 5 year plan. Hopefully we won't need it, but I have peace of mind knowing the T.V covered if anything goes wrong.

The Geek Squad guys are top notch and professional. They also took the time to show me how to use the remote and made sure I could go to my Roku and also my BluRay player. I would not think of investing money in a new 55" HD TV without a five year protection plan.

We bought a 5-year warranty just in case. But we send up the TV by ourselves. Process seemed a little long but we're not so savvy.

Do yourself a favor and get a service plan! It covers the tv for almost anything that happens to it. Not dropping it, but most regular things that can happen are included in the warranty. I have always had the extended warranty from Best Buy and I will continue to do the same.

Always buy the protection. It’s worth it. I’ve used it a few times, a back light problem on lg tv. Tv hit by surge etc.

Haven’t needed to use it yet but looking forward to the geek helping me out

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

Standard Geek Squad Protection provides me peace-of-mind on my Sony 4K HDR TV purchase for five years. And I can always return to the store for electronics advice - something you can't do with a regular extended warranty.

Highly recommended by my daughter. i thought I would try it.

I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.
