I have purchased my last four televisions from Best Buy because of the geek squad protection. The very first time I had an issue they replaced my TV. No questions asked.

We have had and used Best Buy Geek Squad protection before, it is great. Also a good value for the price

In my instance, it was a lifesaver because I had a problem with my tv. The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.

This was a great buy. It works great. They always finds a way to satisfy the customer.

We always take out the extra protection. Only had to use it once, and very easy process

We had to use our 2 year plan. They did pay up to what we paid for the TV but that was a lower amount due to a recent discounted price. Therefore in order to swap out for a "like TV" we would have to pay more! Should be based upon the value of the TV when it was originally listed. If we swapped for the same amount we paid we would wind up with a inferior TV today. So we would up having to pay more to upgrade due to the defective TV in under 2 years.

I feel very safe with Geek Squad! They are very knowledgeable! Any problems , they fix!

I always put extended warranty on all of my electronical devices.

Never hurts to have if something goes wrong and the chat is great

Geek squad is nice to have when it is needed. Havent needed it yet.

So far we haven't had to use this, but we have in the past for products and have always been happy.

When I bought my Hisense - 55" Class H9G TV. I bought the 5 year warranty. It broke 4.5 years later. I took to the Geek Squad. They said it couldn't be repaired. I got all my money and put towards my dream TV LG OLED, So, I bought another. Highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.
