Always get protection on televisions! You never know what could go wrong to it. Yeah, they do come with manufacturer warranty but the Best Buy protection goes above and beyond.. if you want to be covered get the plan!

So far so good. Have called to ask technical questions on new TV i purchased and got good guidance. Have not needed to use for repairs yet.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I installed all my components a with no issues. Like the fact that I got the 5 year warranty on it.

A purchased a 5 year warranty for my 50 inch Vizio TV. The TV started to malfunction after 2 years when on occasion it would not turn on. The TV was sent to Geek Squad service center for repair which could not duplicate the problem so they just replaced the motherboard. Then it happen again so this time they came to the house and ordered a new power supply after just looking at the TV, didn't even open the back. After the part was delivered they came back, put it in and it didn't work so they said we will replace the TV. I called the number given and was told that I would get back the purchase price of the TV plus the tax on a best buy gift card. The remainder of the warranty, 2 1/2 years, was then void and could not transferred to my new TV. That shouldn't happen but still worth the price when they can't fix it.

Haven't used it and hope I don't need it but glad I purchased it.

So far so good. Haven't had to use it, so perfect so far.

I purchased this protection plan when I purchased the new tv. It was inexpensive and well worth the price ! It is more comfortable for me to know that if any damage or repair issues with tv will be covered at least for the next 2 years.!

I used my prior guarantee and the attention received was great.

Extended warranty is worth the money cause things do happen

The agent went thru several possibilities about the problem I was having with my Samsung TV and having sound on my TV. Was patient, professional and got the job done.
