    Haven’t had to use it (knock on wood) and hope it isn’t needed for the life of the TV. Nice to know it’s in place if needed.

    Geek Squad TV Warranty

    Purchased 5 year warranty for an open box TCL TV R646. They were professional and helpful when advising on the 5 year warranty. I have no issues with tv so far but good to know I have that extra warranty/coverage in case anything happens.

    Good picture, unstable WiFi connection

    Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

    Excellent value for the money. In my experience this kind of insurance from Best Buy has always been honored when problems have arisen.

    I opted for an extra two years of protection and I've read great reviews from other customers that used these guys. Definitely add protection to any electric device, it will give you peace of mind just in case something went wrong.

    55” TV I purchased was 13 months old when the picture went out but there was sound, called Geek Squad and diagnosed over phone, parts shipped to my apartment and service man was here within a week. TV couldn’t be fixed and a replacement TV was ordered, all this during the Covid-19 virus. No replacement available so received a gift card for a new replacement ... Because of COVID-19 it took just over 5 weeks to get the replacement but understandable

    Always get the protection

    Tvs are made to break eventually, whether its the leds, motherboards, wear and tear, etc....devices aren't made to last anymore and they become obsolete eventually. Such is the way now.....I think its always best to get the protection plan.

    Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

    This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

    I bought the extra insurance in case anything unforseen happens to my electronics I don't make much money, so I can't afford to replace things all the time.

    Geek Squad and team refunded total cost of almost

    I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.
