I have used the Geek Squad in the past, and they have been very helpful. Knowing that you have someone to call when something happens to your product is a relief.

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

So far so good. Haven't had to use it yet. But am confident it will work if needed

You can never go wrong with extra protection. Especially when it comes with zero parts or labor charges. And you can go into any Best Buy to make a claim.

I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

I always get a 2 year or 3 year protection plan with anything buy from Best Buy. Although we already have the my Best Buy protection plan

Excellent service on time no hassle, Called store they sent repair man out he kept appointments as scheduled... New TV was delivered no questions asked.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

The Qeek Squad is excellent! They have helped me so much. They keep my computer running like it should.

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!
