The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!
