The guys were great! They took one look at my television and knew that they had to call it in. Within an hour, I was notified that my television had to be replaced. Having the protection plan was the best thing I could have purchased, along with the television.

These are worth it in my opinion, no matter what you may be buying. Often times, something may quit on you just as a year has passed. Twenty bucks just gives you a little reassurance.

Massive 75-inch Toshiba FIRE TV at a Bargain Price. Took me three days to take apart the old TV, build up the new TV and get it all installed and working. FANTASTIC pictures! Well you cant go wrong with geek squad service planned. I have it and when I need hepl it great to have a peace of mind that the greek squad protect plain will be a big peace of mind that your devices will be fix or replace. And the people that take care of you have your back!!!!

Amazing warranty replacement plan. However if you could speak to someone who spoke English that would be great. These people overseas kept screwing up things until I got to speak to someone state side that took care and fixed everything

Can’t beat it. Something not working the way it did when you got it? Take it back and get another one. No mailing anything off. Which is why I get all my electronics from Best Buy and not anywhere else

I love the extra feeling of protection with the geek squad plan. I don’t like that. You really don’t get a replacement TV, only your money back basically if you have a problem with the TV and it was an open box.

This option is Greatly a Excellent one. The Geek Squad are Excellent at their job. Best Buy has one of the Best Warranty solving Problems or any issues with Products sold by them.

We are two seniors, 80 and 83 years old. We have seen so many changes in technology in our lives that it’s very hard to keep up. The geek squad understands our limitations and has resolved our problems effectively.

Always get the 5 year warranty. Always. Its worth it just in case you're tv takes a dive also the warranty covers remotes that stop working
