I just bought this Samsung - 55" Class Q80T Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV and wanted to feel extra secure so purchased the 5 year warranty plan. Hope I never have to USE it but if so ok I'm ready! From the past experiences I've had with Geek the SQUAD all went well when they came to my home to Calibrate my TV. They took their time and were very thorough.

The support when I came into the store was top notch. Incredible knowledgable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns!

In my opinion not all items need a protection plan, but for a tv in my house, needed! Tv's are so light weight and the screens are more sensitive to a cats flying attack of images on screen, the "opps I missed " thrown balls or the backswing in sword play, and of course the accidental discharge of an airsoft gun's bb's. Then for the normal household ,things like surge protection, pixel loss, speaker crackling and now days the "Smart" portions of the tv. So I say yes to tv protection plans.

Geek squad was great and fast results in getting your problems solved

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

The only problem with this is it doesn’t take over until my TCL warranty goes away. So I paid for 5 years but will only get 4? Kinda crappy especially since TCL is hell to deal with and now I’m stuck with a defective TV until the warranty I paid for takes over.

Haven’t used it yet! Hope I never have to but good to have

Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

Great Protection Plan for a good price for my device.

I purchased one five years ago and my Television went bad 3 months before it was about to expire. I was given a full credit towards the purchase of a new television.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.
