Got this TV for my living room but ended up putting it in my bedroom. Easy to setup, picture quality is great. I would purchase again.

Love being the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

They came through with their words in replacing my 40" Vizio TV after it suddenly stopped working. I'm glad I got the extended warranty to cover my TV. It's highly recommended to have Geek squad cover your prducts and for a reasonable price too.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

My television came out of control and they resolved it quickly

Bought a Vizio M class two years ago and the TV went out. Terrible process dealing with the appointment could not understand the person on other line. Great local technician made up for the appointment.

We are used geek squad since our first tv, tablets , router, refrigerator,etc , we really recommend

Great product. To have that piece of mind is the most important thing. I know they will take care if anything happens.

This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

The last tv we got outlived the warranty by just a few months, always go with the longer plan. No regrets

I hope to not need this but am assured it will cover any damages by movers. It did NOT cover transportation of the TV from the store to my house.

I love the coverage that is offered and would recommend to anyone buying anything worth protecting.

Knowbody not any store I know can beat best buys no hassle geek club or warranty. Every single time I had to bring a product back never had a problem. Computer problem they take care of it or replace it. Best Buy is the best when comes to warranty and geek squad

I had a two year old Samsung 55” TV. I purchased an extra year’s warranty. Two months after my warranty expired, HALF of my screen went black. I replaced it with a new 55” Samsung, but purchased a 5 year warranty. Hopefully this TV will make it past 2 years.

I can always count on Best Buy with their "Protection Plans" on select items I buy. I know if anything ever happens, I can be assured the problem can be addressed. Great Program to consumers

nice, hope i dont have to use it though. Sounds like they will replace the TV if something happens to it
