They answered I requested that I had available to me

Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.
