With the cost of UHD 4K TVs rising, we could justify the cost of a 100% 5 year warranty through the GEEK Squad to give us peace of mind. We had the recent experience of another brand TV dying completely 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired but was able to get a new 4K 60" TV at no cost to us under our extended warranty.

the tv works perfectly! its nice and loud. the best part is speaking into the remote for assistance

The previous TV was under extended warranty, that really saved us. Highly recommend buying the extended warranty, lightning or electrical surge protection well worth it. We have a High dollar surge protector, it DID NOT prevent or protect or TV.

I purchased geek squad protection for a previously purchased TV which quit working 2 weeks before the coverage period ended. I was given a full refund with no hassle at all. I recommend paying for the extra protection for any large purchases.

I bought a TV in 2017 and also purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I know some people will say warranties usually expire before you need them, but in this case, I was so glad I had it. The old TV suddenly stopped working, Geek Squad sent someone to check it out, it could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a new TV. I purchased another 5 year warranty for this new TV.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

I love that it is wireless and no cartridges. I can see when it is low on ink!

I had a small issue with a tv I had purchased, I was in my last year of the geek squad warranty and I was able to get a whole new tv! Service was great and I recommend the extra protection.

The geek squad that came out to set up my tv, was outstanding. They were both outstanding. I was very satisfied with them. They were very helpful every step of the way!

If you’re making a major purchase. Check the manufactures warranty , then consider getting a Geek Squad Warranty. It covers just about everything for a TV. Why buy a Higher end TV and trust that nothing will happen. It might not But what if it does. Is it worth the repair cost? Hopefully I will never need to use it. But if something goes wrong I’m pretty much covered.

Geek Squad protection saved me hundreds when my TV became inoperable. Process for replacement was hassle free and incredible.

Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue
