I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

This is a subscription that I plan to use if there is an issue with my purchase

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.

I have not needed to use this, but the piece of mind I have makes it worth it.

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

Really nice for gaming and anything else I say any want looking for monitor or something similar this is the best.

I love that it is wireless and no cartridges. I can see when it is low on ink!

Good warranty for the price so I purchased it for our family.

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

Get the protection! You wont regret it, and it can sace you money in the long run!
