They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.

I always purchase the protection plans from Geek Squad. I haven't had to use it for this item, but over the years I have used them several times and never had an issue. Multiple times items have had to be replace, I always ended up with a newer and better product. This is a good on investment if you plan on having your item for awhile.

Always make sure you purchase these Geek Squad plans when investing in electronics. Best Buy does a great job taking care of their members when you have issues with your products. Worth every penny, when repair is not achievable, replacement is quick and easy. Purchase the 5 year plan, items replaced, home theater receiver, 55 inch tv and cd player all in the 5th year

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.
