Piece of mind to have in case with any issues. Great electronic products coming out every day but harder to fix need a AV TECH for these new electronics.

A must have when buying large TV’s , I bought a 65inch 2 years that went down (the power supply went out...I called them up and they shipped out all the parts to my address came to my home and fixed the tv... once again a must have!

Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

You can never go wrong with support you can count on! I have never had to have them come to me, but they would because I am covered and the times I had to bring in items, they were replaced if they could not be repaired.

Highly recommend this insurance policy on your expensive purchases if for nothing more than peace of mind. I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.

I got the 2 year geek squad protection on my samsung tv. I really didn't want to but coincidently I had problems with my TV several months after purchasing it and the protection came in handy. If you spent over a 1000 bucks I recommend paying the extra for this service.

We love to buy the extended warranty on a no name brand of tv. But this is a Toshiba but it was such a great price but we decided to get the 5 year warranty anyway. It's a great feeling to have this Geek Squad coverage!!1

I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan for my more expensive electronics. The two times I've actually needed to use my protection plans, I was taken care of by the Geek Squad employees with no fuss or bother and was completely satisfied. Their service was above and beyond what I expected.

Says I have 2 years and I would like to get a new TV that would work as well as it did when I purchased it! I only have less than one week to do this or maybe a year and a week. But I haven’t been able to use it because of a glitch having my home landline listed instead of my mobile telephone.

Haven't used the service yet but for the price I added the 2 year coverage based off other reviews.

Always get this with any expensive items. They are knowledgeable and try and fix the issue. Have had extended service plans with other companies and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. It is worth the extra money for peace of mind.

I am so happy that I purchased this 5 year plan. My last television had the screen go out after only having it a little under 4 years. I did not have a protection plan so therefore I had to go and get another television. Now with this plan I feel secure on my purchase.

I have purchased four TVs from Best Buy in The Last 5 Years I will not purchase anything without the Best Buy warranty they stand behind what they sell

Hope its never needed but its a great protection plan over the standard manufacturers warranty at a unbeatable price.

We buy everything at Best Buy and always get the protection plan because it is money well invested. Any product I buy I obviously like a lot and want to protect and in the event something happens want to be able to have very capeable hands to repair the product. That is why I trust the Geek Squad.
