It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

Are you really going to consider not getting the protection plan? Geek Squad is great and this plan gives the peace of mind of knowing that your purchase is protected outside of the flimsy manufacturer warranty that requires so much hoop jumping to get validated! Come on, for the price, it is a foolish thing to not purchase it.

They have me covered if i ever have a problem. Its nice to have someone to come out and make repairs if ever needed. I recommend get the extra geek squad protection you wont be dissapointed.

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.

They are always amazing and knowledgable each and evey time I have had to call or have them fix something.

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.

I had to geek squad on my 65 inch color TV in my computers. They were good anytime I bought a back I had a problem somebody came out no problem. Thank you Best Buy.

Geek squad is always good to have if I can insurance on your TV. It’s always nice and it eases your mind knowing you have insurance on your TV or your appliances.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

Haven't used it yet but the piece of mind that its there is good

so easy to set up that my children set up, set up the channel the way was want them.

I love the new tv i got .You cant go wrong with any of the SONY Bravia They will last at least 20yrs..

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.
