I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

Would 100% recomm Buying protection for any item if they dont have it no longer they will refund you

Geek squad stands by their warranty. Will never by another electronic device without getting geek squad protection

I'm very with Greek squad when had a issue with the TV. They took care of me. I didn't have wait too long. I would highly recommend.

For $50 you can have peace of my mind with a 5 year protection plan to cover your TV from anykind of problems. When you spend $250 for the TV you want to make sure you are covered if anything happens.

This is an insurance policy and as such it provides peace of mind even if it isn't ever used. It made sense for my TV and wasn't too expensive.

I purchase protection on most items. It has come in handy on TVs as they don’t last like the used to. Useful in smaller items as my son can be rough on tablets and game controllers at times.

I don't always purchase extended warranties, but felt it was necessary with this purchase of a tv and the cost. Gives me a sense of peace knowing that I am protected for 5 years.

I'm so old I remember when a TV repair man would come to the house to replace vital tubes in the set (in the 50s and 60s). But in this day and age one should really buy this protection, like it or not. I have had great service through Best Buy when I have used this service.

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. I recently set up a repair appointment. 3 days later, geek squad came to my house, couldn't repair and issued a brand new replacement within 2 days. Always get the plan. It provides reassurance, even if never used.

This was a must have with my purchase because I brought a T.V (insignia brand)from Target and it lost brightness , I didn't purchase insurance but I did have proof of Purchase and they couldn't do anything for me and I had the Television for about 4years.I was so hurt because the T.V looks brand new.I learned my lesson so I made sure with this purchase I had insurance added.

My tv had lcd lines running across the screen and they refunded me for credit for the value of the tv

Love the peace of mind with the extended warranty although o had it in two of my other t's I never had to use it.

Good warranty to have for my TV just in case something happens to it. Haven't had to use this service yet (hopefully won't), but it's good to have it if my TV ever decides to stop working.
