I purchased the protection for my TV and I am glad I did, Geek has a great reputation and I know my product will be protected if needed. I have purchased a Geek refurbished product and it worked great.

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

I have signed up for the Geek Squad protection service since my first purchase at Best Buy. It has given me peace of mind with all my electronics, with fast and attentive service. I recommend it!

Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

I never had to use a protection plan yet but its nice to know that they will cover your purchase if anything goes wrong within that time frame.

Good deal for the money. It is another product as many other brands offer. But it is the one available from Best Buy. Fair enough to not complaint.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

its there when i have an issue and have not run into one yet so its hard to tell im sure it would be of a great benefit if i run into and issue

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.
