    I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

    All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.

    I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

    I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

    I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

    We got the 5 year warranty and it’s the best our previously purchased Sony kept freezing and they came out 8 times replaced everything and finally gave us a full refund! We were able to get a new tv and so far it’s been great!

    i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

    This comes in handy when you buy a TV. I was watching it one moment the next it stopped working. BB exchanged my TV broght it out to me and took the old one off my hands

    I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

    Had an issue with my 3 year old 75” Samsung. It needed a new part, so I waited 2 weeks for the repair to happen, which was fine for us because we have another tv. When they got here the part they brought was wrong so he went outside to order it and at that point decided it wasn’t worth it to replace that (and ended up needing a couple other parts that they didn’t realize we needed) so they told us we needed to replace it. It took me maybe 20 minutes to call in the replacement and in a week we had our new tv delivered and the old one was taken out. It would have been extra to have it mounted by geek squad so we opted out but we were so happy with how easy it was for the whole process. So worth it!! And I am assuming it took so long (about 3 weeks total) because of where we live — in the middle of nowhere. I will never buy another tv without geek squad protection!

    Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!
