It’s better to have and not need and not having it and needing it. I have used them on some of my devices and it has saved me money too.

If you purchase a Samsung TV the warranty is a must . Thank God for the warranty because my last 3 Samsung’s have been replaced

Decided to purchase the additional 2 year protection plan from the Geek Squad after reading reviews. Hope to never need their assistance, but do have that peace of mind now.

We always get the Geek Squad Protection on our high ticket items purchased from Best Buy. When I used them in the past, I got great Customer Service!

I purchased a Sony 65" television at a great price and purchased the added protection plan for piece of mind in case there were any issues beyond the manufacturers warranty. This covers things like burn in issues.

The warranty is good to have and the geek squad does a great job with answering questions. The price of the warranty as a good price

I will be glad not to have to use it but we know we will have no problems with using this plan. We have had this service before with other equipment.
