A must for ALL electronics. We buy with everything. In fact, bought a TV in 2019. The last I leg broke off 4.5 years later. Geek squad se t it back for repair ( which we knew couldn’t be done but went thru the process). We received a text allowing us to watch the entire process. Less than a week later, we were approved for a replacement. Since our TV was no longer offered, we received a full refund. Who does that for a TV leg? Well worth the extra $59.99, to get $290 back. Con: the refund comes on a Best Buy card so you HAVE to buy your replacement at Best Buy. We don’t mind but you might. Amazon does the same with warranties. We like the Allstate warranty best ( formerly Square Trade) because you get an actual refund but we still love Best Buy.

Super handy if you are spending big dollars on an item and want it protected.

Always buy the warranty for any device, especially brand new

Great value for just straight tv watching. Closed caption is big enough to easily to read. Picture quality is good.

Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

Having coverage on a super expensive greatest tv of all time til 2030 is very relieving

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

I have not been able to try out the coverage for any of my bought items.
