Very good custmos service lot of paticent with me

They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

What they offer is a good security service for your electronic devices and a great piece of mind for you the consumer. Hopefully you just never have to contact them!!!

Always get a warranty when purchasing tvs!!! Always a must

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.

We have purchased Geek Squad support for several years to cover a number of devices that we own. We have always found the service to be courteous, high-quality, and usually prompt.

I get all of my electronics at best buy for the protection plans. They have always replaced anything if I have an issue with.

This is the one accessory that I won’t buy a tv without. It has paid its self 3 times over the last 4 years.

This is a must buy with any television. To my knowledge you must buy the 5 yr in order to be eligible for renewal. But I could be wrong.

I love this coverage! If anything happens to my tv in these 2 years they can fix or change it.

I decided to go ahead and purchase the extended 5 year warrenty just in case something happen to my new TV over the next 5 years. Seems like a small price to pay in case something did happen.
