We have had and used Best Buy Geek Squad protection before, it is great. Also a good value for the price

So let me share my agony. Purchased my 23 yr old Daughter a 65” TV for Christmas. It was really for my 1yr Granddaughter…SHHHH! Well I mounted it on the wall, of course, and within a month or two they moved into another apartment without the roommates. Before place was remodeled for them they spent 3 weeks at her In-Laws. Well I moved them both times and when TV was turned on again after two moves, though seemingly perfect, the screen had apparently been pressed to hard at a single point and did not work. Not worth fixing. Bought her a 70” this time WITH THE WARRANTY!! Don’t make the same mistake I did :]

I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

I purchased Geek Squad expert service for one of my products that i cant remember. I have not needed to use them as im pretty technologically savvy myself and can do most things by myself. I downloaded their phone protection app for my cell phone and i use that quite often to clean my phone, scan for any issues, and backup all of my phone data. The app is great by itself and easy to use. I would highly recommend.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

I purchased this with my LG G2 because, although they are rare, LG is not reliable when it comes to product defects. It was like pulling teeth to get LG to refund my LG G1 when he randomly died the first year of use (totally random and rare event). After taking months to get my refund I went with Geek Squad Protection on my next purchase. Best Buy has hands down the superior protection plan. Totally worth it on big purchases, in my opinion.

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

I was once a firm believer that the protection plans were a real rip off. I purchased once from a Best Buy competitor and out of caution I purchased the plan. Good thing I did. What a nightmare. NOW - I only purchase from Best Buy and I always purchase the protection plans. It seems a good policy for me.
