Whenever I need help tech support Geek Squad is there to help very knowledgeable and always help me out can't go wrong I recommend getting out from Geek Squad if you can't figure things out

Did extensive research for a 75” television before purchasing and it does not disappoint! Excellent picture quality and the 75” uses a different panel than the other sizes that’s bright and has a fantastic wide viewing angle, making this perfect for a living room. Coupled with the 2 year manufacturer warranty and optional added coverage from Best Buy, it’s almost impossible to find a better deal.

Do it, you won’t regret it. Definitely has saved me monies and customer service is great.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

They helped me with my laptop. They knew what the issue was and explained to me how to troubleshoot problems.

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!
