Lost hope
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yay I buy a 5000 fridge and get their plan 6 months later it’s making a huge mess w the ice maker so I call geek squad to come and fix spend a good hr on the phone with the them to tell me their awesome 3 year plan doesn’t cover anything on the first year !!! Stupid me

Geek Squad taking way too long
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My fridge broke and after I FINALLY got a hold of someone to come out (after waiting five days), the Geek Squad is "thinking about" whether to replace my fridge or not. Meanwhile, we are eating every single meal out, which is really expensive and inconvenient.

Horrible service

Bought the extended warranty and it doesn’t cover a freezer to be serviced in home when it was delivered to us. They want us to bring it to them. We got it delivered for a reason because we do not have big cars. Will not buy from Best Buy again for appliances!

Don’t have any available in my area

Don’t buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad protection doesn’t work the first year they make u go through manufacture warranty then u have to go through them a year after so technically u pay for 3 years and u only get 2 and they beat around the bush to get you a solution they are not helpful
