    I was told that we could renew the warranty for another 3 years, Best Buy decided to change that last year!! so now I'm told no renewal. this was key for me, No more appliance purchase from best buy for me. ill take my business elsewere

    Really bad service dont even know what they are checking just wasted my time and werent even able to help me at all. Lost $400 dollars of groceries do to this issue

    Haven't used the warranty yet. It is very expensive, but you cannot afford not to have it just in case something goes wrong.

    The agent is rude. When I called for help. They said they cannot help. contact factory please. Geek squad protection plan is completely waste of money.

    How the heck do I get my refrigerator doors rever

    As of today I have made 4 appointments including that day of delivery and I still have a refrigerator that opens the wrong way. I was just told that there are no customer service supervisors because they are working from home. As soon as I find the link to cancel my protection plan I am going to and use the money to hire someone that will do the job.

    Terrible service hours of waiting still waiting on a replacement refrigerator it’ll be almost 3 weeks without one they do not get in any hurry. I will not purchase anything major from Best Buy again the additional warranty waste of money

    3 techs came on different occasions and still can't fixed the issue and when you call geek squad for the extended warranty you purchased, it will take you forever and will dropped your call intentionally...so this is not worth buying

    Don't purchase the extended warranty

    Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The refrigerator leaked and ruined my kitchen floor. The refrigerator was returned but somehow lost at the Best But Warehouse. I had to file a claim on my homeowners policy to cover the damages caused by the leak

    Never got the warranty transferred

    Never has the warranty transferred to the new fridge from the damaged one that was delivered the first time. It was told that it would be and I find out just recently that it wasn’t. Will not purchase appliances or warranty from here again

    Waste of money; they do not come to repair the wine cooler and ask to bring this heavy, oversized product to the store. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It is simply a waste of time and money.

    The technical was very friendly and honest. He informed me that if he was to replace the gaskets then I would not be able to return it. He also informed me to return it after I told im about the second issue of the ice melting.

    We did not use this because they tried to deliver the fridge after the installation and did not understand why this was problematic. They did return it but refused to give back the 300 reward dollars I used toward it

    6th failed attempt to fix ice maker. 3 times ordered wrong part. Repair guy left part without installing and was rude. It’s been month and half since initial request. Summer gone + have to be take off from work time to be present for all the visits.

    When you buy a product please find out if they have geek squad coverage near your home if not you are at the mercy of a third party company that doesn't care about your problem because they get paid so minimal that's it's almost not worth they're time

    I purchased all new appliances through Best Buy. They were great until there was a problem. I scheduled an appointment on Feb 27 for March 9. They cancelled on March 6. I told them I took off work and can’t reschedule. They didn’t care they out sourced to a third party was nothing they could do

    They are supposed to call you 24 hours prior to schedule appointments. They never do. Not worth the money
