    This is a piece of crap!!! Don’t buy!! It broke after 4 months 3 times before the OEM would replace, they were horrid to work with. Then the replacement has broken 2x. Thank goodness for the warranty.

    Only for my refrigerator. I feel i should get my money back from this policy since they would not fix the icemake, which was making a loud noise and no ice. It is only 9mos old when it stopped working.

    My refrigerator warranty should be for 5 years, but Geek Squad person made an error and put the additional 2 years from 3years on to the washing machine instead. The store said they can not change this error. Calling the Geek Squad on the telephone, and they say they can not change the error. This is an example of a systemic flaw in the customer service system to make it right!!

    fidget raider stopped working after 21 days return capabilities are only 15 days protection plan is delaying fixing the refrigerator and I will not have a fridge on Thanksgiving. I had to go out and buy a refrigerator. I put in the garage so we'll have storage space for the holidays.

    Waste of money! My refrigerator was no longer working and they refused to replace it, give me a refund and only gave me a partial refund for the geek squad protection

    They don't work 24/7 and do nothing before you are in the system, taking several day. You will wait for just making a schedule to fix after delivery. Ridiculous! Do Not buy!

    Geek Squad refused to perform service even though the plan I paid for began on the date the appliance was delivered. They said it is Whirlpool's responsibility for the first year.

    The first year of the warranty is covered by the manufacturer. Samsung was very rude to me on the phone. They wanted to charge me a fee, even though I purchased an extended warranty through Best Buy. I do not recommend Samsung.

    didn't get a chance to use it because my refrigerator was damaged during delivery and was unable to get a replacement of any compensation for my time wasted after 4 failed delivery attempts

    A total rip off, the sales rep oversells it and when you actually need to use the service they look for every reason to not cover your repair.

    Worthless warranty. We have been over 3 weeks with no refrigerator. Unit failed after 1 year. Do not buy the warranty - they outsource it and those companies do not show and Best Buy doesn't take responsibility.

    Refridge broke and was covered under this (bad compressor) . That was until I called customer service and they told me they wouldn't cover it! The failed me when I needed it the most. I won't let them fool me again.
