    Waste of money so far I have gone 2 weeks without refrigerator. Have 3 years of support and no working refrigerator. No hope of one soon either.

    Bestbuy told me that I dont have any protection

    I called bestbuy to check on protection and they told me I dont have any I have paid $190 to samsung and other repair guys to get it fixed where best buy geek Squad should have taken care of it.

    They don't want to fix my fridge or order part

    I bought Geek Squad Protection Plan just for peace of mind, in case I need it. Now my refrigerator is broken, they can come to fix it. I told them just order part I can fix myself. They don't want to order part either. They told me to go to other website and buy it and install it myself. How nice.

    I got the warranty, not sure if I should have or not. I've never had to use the warranties on items. Not a fan that this was then taxed too, seems ridiculous to me that something like this would be taxed as well. Especially after selling me a fridge, for alot, and the water hose costing $29.99+Tax.

    Review is bad because the appliance came damaged and could not be installed. Everything had to be returned.

    They will not fix anything if you are more then like 30 to 50 miles from a best buy. I am about 60 miles from the closest best buy and they will not fix anything.. The only good they will do is return the item but then you have to buy this again if you want that insurance.

    Why didn’t Best Buy sell me a 5 year warranty?

    Not sure why a 5 year warranty was not available at the time of purchase, but now they are available and Best Buy won’t let me upgrade and pay the difference. Going to cancel this warranty.

    The order was never fulfilled. The fridge was broken. I found out when the delivery guy came to my door and said it was broken and then he left!
