THIS IS A JOKE!!! You pay for product replacement if there is a problem and then they have no interest in coming out to check a brand new fridge that quit working 20 minutes after it was delivered.

We have a Samsung dishwasher - in less than a year it died and we had the geek squad to fix it. Here we are just a month later and it died again … not calling the geek squad. When they left last time they left a mess -

Geek squad a total rip off! After 5 weeks waiting on various parts to fix my 2 yr old washing machine they agreed to replace it. I have waited over 2 hrs today on the phone number they gave me to start the process & no one has answered.

item might be good but the store person told me they don't have in store it will delivered in jan 10, but when I schedule the delivery time and date, I am not able to choose earlier than jan 14.

Dont buy this for an upright freezer, they do not honor it because "the freezer is too small". I purchased a 14 cubic foot freezer and set up service and they canceled it without telling me. I called back and they told me to deal with the store for my ONLINE order. Overall after 12 phone calls they ended up exchanging it. WORST PROTECTION PLAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sell your protection plan to a 3rd party company called Special Forces. They don't answer their phones, don't show up for appointments and don;t perform the needed repairs. The service agreement is worthless.

Horrible product. Not dependable. Do not buy! We had many issues with this.

I really liked the design except the the ice maker does NOT work properly. The Ice Maker has had a long history of not working and even in a Class Action Lawsuit. My issue is Best Buy KNEW the issue and FAILED to notify me. I bought the stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator all from Best Buy - so much for loyalty!

Dont buy stay away from samsung. Nothing but issues big regret

lasted for 3 years. Samsung service in ATL is horrible. You cannot get a local service tech to service Samsung brands. Never ever Samsung.

I paid. I requested. I was turned down completely. No service for a refrigerator I had during the protection period

Not reliable service. Refrigerator service repair is a mess. Third party Service provider doesn’t show when supposed to, and keep you without refrigerator for weeks.

Totally worthless. Denied repair and replacement for my dishwasher claiming misuse. Don’t waist your money at Best Buy or with geek squad! They won’t fix anything!

4 years in and the freezer stopped working dont buy

Not happy with how my fridge situation was handled… finally after talking to the six agent they fixed the situation but it never should have gotten as far as it did.

They make you wait 1/2 hour, they have an extremely poor setup to reach the GS. It is like you are calling a federal building.

Total RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY IT!!! And when you make a appointment they don’t show up

Too hard to get service. You have to go into the store to get good service

this has major frost build up then the refrigerator gets warm

Don’t bother buying “protection” for any SAMSUCK refrigerator. They can’t fix the it… no one can.
