We bought a Samsung fridge a few years back and starting having issues with the ice maker, it took 3 months to get it replaced. We Got an LG to replace the Samsung. August 21, when returning from a trip I noticed that the items in the fridge part was not cold and most of the freeze contents had thawed. I called Geek Squad, I was told it would be 24 hours before I got a call. No call back Saturday or Sunday. I finally called again the person I spoke with told me that it is 24 to 48 hours business days. I asked to speak to supervisor, I was told that they would tell me the same thing. I still requested to speak to supervisor. When she (Karen) came on the phone she said that it was still under manufacturer warranty and would need to contact LG, she finally got me through to LG and I was told that it would be 8 days before they could schedule appointment. My husband is 100% disabled vet and I am diabetic. I asked about a loaner or something to get us through, Geek squad told me that I would need to call the store that I bought it from to see if they had anything. I called the Forum store, after explaining the circumstances to the lady that answered the phone I asked to speak to Jesse, the manager that sold us the LG fridge, I was on hold for about 5 minutes and then with out speaking to anyone was forward to the Geek Squad. After almost 2 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. It will be almost 2 weeks of being with out fridge / freezer before anyone will be able to even come and look at it and hopefully fix it. Very disappointed with the geek squad appliance repair.

Worst appliance service EVER!!

Because the store is like 20 miles from my home. Said will be delivered on 7.5.25 (ok, so we arent celebrating the 4th camping with the rest of family). Got home. Got a msg one of my items wont be available until 7.17.25. I got a text msg yesterday to make sure room for appliances on 7.5.25 del. Between 7a-7p and day beforethey send me smaller window. Got txt today to schedule del for /7.19.25. I called, got run around from an accent i couldnt really understand. Long story. No del til 7.19.25. (If it arrives then? They have my cash... and the store doesnt take phone calls anymore. They should refund my money and pay me since i have to go back to store for my $$$$.
