good price for 5 year warranty and geek squad service is great.

I decided after I bought my appliance that I should get added protection and they had no problem adding that on!!

Our refrigerator broke after 1.5 years and it could not be fixed by geek squad or the manufacturer so they replaced it which was great but what they don’t tell you is that you is that the 3.5 years left on the warranty does not transfer over to the new refrigerator. So we’re out $350 for the original warranty and spent $350 on the new warranty. doesn’t seem right.

After two product (refrigerators) failures I've spent a day or two trying to contact the Geek Squad. Many phone calls and waits. Ultimately, I've spoken with some wonderfully helpful and competent people and had a successful outcome.

We haven't had to use yet because we have factory warranties on the items.
