    Best Buy-LG Repair servicemen schedules too long, refrigerator not cooling properly had it repaired twice in less than a month and after they acknowledge it needed to be replaced it's taking them an awful long time to resolve issue, I waited since January until March 2021 for them to issue a refund (Not refrigerator all this time) when they finally issued one electronically the link doesn't work and they are telling me I need to wait another 2 weeks for them to send another e-refund. Not even sure if that one will work. called 10 different numbers from Best Buy and all of them route you to the same customer service department with the same answer that my case cannot be solved, apparently CSR doesn't have managers. so frustrating

    had a problem with our fridge in the first month, but since it was still under manufacturer warranty had to call them to come out first.
