    I really wanted to love this appliance, but unfortunately it has been nothing but problems. I rarely use the oven, because it just doesn't come up to temperature. Had a repair man out to calibrate the oven, he said it was fine, but it's absolutely NOT!!!! My food just doesn't cook in the same way, and you can tell that it's not coming up to temperature - so you're either under temp or over temp, not good!!!

    This protection is a joke. You actually pay for 2 years because Bestbuy won't cover the first year. You have to go thru the manufacturer first. Second, my fridge from LG broke down in less than a year and now I have to wait 2 weeks to have someone come and repair it. Third, Geek Squad won't even repair if you live outside the service area. I'll never buy something so expensive from Bestbuy ever again.

    The agents did a great job delivering my Refrigerator but failed to install the water line for my ice maker. I feel better communication could have helped on their part during the sale. Such as information on connecting parts needed.

    If you're a responsible person like I am sometimes warranties are a waste. But if you're not best buys warranty is a great safety net.

    I always buy warranty just in case the item dies completely... if the item is loud or makes knock sounds it's apparently not covered

    NO HELP, WASTE OF MONEY!!

    The agents brushed me to the side and did not fix the issue. They have not honored their policy, bought a fridge 2 weeks ago that didn't work from day 1! Geek Squad was a waste of money for me as they still won't make this refrigerator get cold. They have suggested I call the maker of the unit which tells me to take it up with the store. I will not waste the money for their service when they don't service what they sell like they said they do!!!

    We purchased geek squad warranty however when we needed service no one in the area was licensed to do so. Therefore they provided us a new Fridge. This sounds great but it is not convienent to unload and reload Fridge fearing spoiled food.

    they wanted me to bring the freezer back to store for a small paint chip on lower front. I got touch up and fixed it myself.

    The GEEK Squad Service does not provide ANY coverage for this Refrigerator because they say the manufacturer warranty covers it. Whirlpool provides very limited service for 1 year and service on major failures for 5 years. So don't buy GEEK Squad service. You can never use it.

    With a Samsung Fridge, the 1sr year of warranty is through Samsung, but the warranty expires adter the time you paid for. Noone told me.

    My freezer on the fridge for which I bought a 5 year Geek Squad warranty is making horrible noises and the freezer has tons of frost and it is going to take them 9 days before they can come and look at it. I called Samsung and they will be here much faster and waive parts and labor fees. I'm asking myself, why did I buy this warranty from BestBuy??

    Useless geek squad. Worst ever service. 2 months into purchase of my fridge with broken handles. Refused to do anything as it’s still under manufacture warranty and manufacturer doing nothing. Spent hours on the phone between LG and geek squad. Why do I pay extra for geek squad ?? Scammers

    Got 5 year protection for a new refrigerator that was delivered with a problem. Geek Squad told me that they can't touch the refrigerator during the first year it was under warranty from the manufacturer. So I was basically paying for 4 years because I needed to call the manufacturer and coordinate repair. What a SCAM!
