    I can’t Believe I called for service, and the said don’t have any schedule available, I spoke with the supervisor and him told me same things, how is possible you sell services and when you request for that they said is nobody available to fix my issues

    Geek squad protection doesn’t work the first year they make u go through manufacture warranty then u have to go through them a year after so technically u pay for 3 years and u only get 2 and they beat around the bush to get you a solution they are not helpful

    Added protection.. originally not added to original purchase. The rep did not mention it. Had to go back to fix and took 3 months for it to be reflected and corrected as part of promotion on statement.

    The guy was great when he finally got here three months later. Then I had another calibration set up. They never could get me scheduled then took my calibration fee and never calibrated it. I also asked for the setting they used the first time and he said he would email it and never did and never replied back to my calls. The calibrations were great but the service was terrible.

    still not fixed....Before I made my purchase I verified and double checked with the salesman and the manager to make sure I had coverage in my area. They said yes.....well not the case. They are making it right by replacing the fridge.

    Don't be buy geek squad extended warranties bad service they came 3 times to fix my refrigerator and they still don't want to give me a new fridge it's been like 8 weeks without a refrigerator

    read well what they charge they do not always want to cover everything they have policies that at the time of selling they do not inform only and whole when you are going to change the product or have the problem.

    I wouldn't recommend geek squad for any products. I called then regarding an issue with my appliance and rather than assist me because I bought it locally, there referred me to the appliance warranty which wasn't with them either. Then what good is geek squad for.

    Agents came to see why ice wasn't working. They didn't pull refrigerator out to see if connection was correct. They didn't look to see if ice button needed to be put on. They just said it was faulty. It was not faulty. We, ourselves figured it out. The phone customer service is horrible too. Not looking forward to using them in case we should need them.

    They won't even try and help me with this issue. I have gone through all the steps and I'm tired of taking all the right steps but keep getting the run around. Not counting the many hours I've spent on the phone.

    This is worthless!! New fridge, found crack inside but after 15 days. So they sent me to KG who sent me back to BB. And so on. Three times! So I opened a BBB case to get my Geek z squad policy mondy back or replacement fridge.

    I honestly wouldn’t recommend it doesn’t cool at the temperature you set it, the middle drawer never worked since I got it for my house I have had 3 repair people come to fix and nothing is resolved, I had multiple issues with it and it hasn’t even been a year since I bought it.

    Order the fridge and i only had it 2 weeks reason i rate it so bad was fridge great but service was terrible i had the ice maker delivered 2 times and ice maker finally got install correctly on the 3 time before they knew how to install it

    The fridge we just brought was blowing hot air. I tried for two days to get through on the toll free number and couldn’t. I went to the store and they said it was nothing they could do. I ended up returning the fridge because I could not get help.
